There were 4 rounds of interviews: 2 with HR, 1 technical interview, and 1 sales interview. The questions were fair, the technical part was tougher, testing real customer scenarios. Within a month, I had the offer in my mailbox.
The interview process included four phone calls with two levels of SE management and one sales rep, followed by an in-person interview. There was a 'homework assignment' where I had to build solutions for two use cases using Alteryx and then present them in a Webex role-play. They were very open about the job requirements and compensation. The whole process was really about getting to know each other and seeing if it was a good fit. I felt like I was interviewing them as much as they were interviewing me. Everyone I met was professional, and the process moved really fast.
The interview process started with a phone screening with the Talent Acquisition Lead. Next, there was a technical test/product demonstration where I was evaluated on my ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals and connect with potential customers. The final round was an interview with a Senior Leadership Representative from the Customer Success Team, focused on assessing culture fit.
