The interview process was made up of four parts: a HackerRank coding challenge, two technical interviews, and a final HR chat. After the first technical interview, I didn't hear back, even though it seemed pretty easy. I really wish companies would let candidates know the outcome, whatever it is.
It was a standard three-round interview process, although they didn't have specific details about the position, saying I'd 'fit somewhere.' They kept asking about my strong and weak skills, and I ended up in a role using technologies I dislike. The whole hiring process was quite disorganized.
I applied online and then had an HR phone interview, followed by a technical phone interview. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview. There was a bit of a gap between interviews, but it was fine. The onsite took about 2.5 hours, and I met with around six people, including management, peers, senior management, and a development manager. We also did a quick tour of the place.
