The hiring process was made up of 4 stages, and each one had its own things you needed to do. It was a really good process overall because if you make it through, they see you as a really valuable employee.
The interview process was thorough and moved pretty quickly. I was kept in the loop about the timeline throughout and HR was super responsive when I had questions. It started with an HR phone screening where they went over the role and asked about my interest. Then I had another phone call with a supervisor in Customer Support Engineering. After that, they gave me a week to prep a presentation using Alteryx Designer, which I delivered via WebEx and it took about 30 minutes. The final step was an onsite interview with four people. I got the offer less than a week later.
The interview process was made up of 4 steps. First, I had a 30-minute phone call with the recruiter. Second, I spoke for 30 minutes with the department's manager. Third, I gave a 30-minute Alteryx presentation to about 2-3 team members and the hiring manager. Fourth, I had a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager and some of the people I would be working with. It was a great interview process!
