Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty straightforward. They asked about my background and why I was interested in the job. We talked about what experiences I had that would be a good fit for the role. They also asked if I'd be okay with tasks outside my usual scope and how I'd deal with disagreements.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I first spoke with the department head, and then had a second interview with her again along with the person who would be overseeing my contract. They were nice and upfront about the role and what they expected.

The interview involved a panel of team members who support the current contract. They asked questions about my past experience and how it would apply to the current role. This was a contract position and they needed someone quickly, with the aim of keeping the analyst for future contract roles.
