The process included a proctored coding test covering Java and SQL, a panel interview with two staff members, and then some discussion and negotiation with HR. The interview was shorter than average and gave a good amount of information about the organization.
recruiter reached out 2 days after submitting my application. She said she would send my information to the hiring manager ASAP. 2 weeks went by and I hadn't heard from her again so I followed up. She did not reply for another 2 weeks. When she did follow up via text it was an urgent text "great news they want to meet with you on xxx date, secure this because they're busy." During the first round, there were two people. one of which showed up with nearly 30 minutes left. She seemed disinterested and both seemed distracted while I was talking, looking at other screens and answering emails.
The interview process included a recruiter phone screen, followed by an interview with a VP of a program, and then an interview with a program director and a project manager from a different team. It was mostly conversational, which was a good thing. The recruiter was very communicative and provided great feedback that could be useful for future interviews.
