Candidate-reported interview process

So, it was a group interview, and after that, we had to complete a Gallup assessment. The interviewer mentioned that passing the assessment meant getting hired. I felt I did well in the interview part because I really knew the brand and their message, plus I have a lot of experience. But, I didn't pass the assessment, so unfortunately, I didn't get the job.

So, first I applied online. Then they invited me for a group interview that was on-site. It went for about 40 minutes and there were 4 other people there for the same job.

The management team was friendly and made me feel comfortable, but still professional. It was a group interview, and they made it feel relaxed so I could be open and answer questions easily.
