The interview process was quite long but it went really well. The interviewers, managers, and HR were all super helpful during the entire process. We had 4 rounds in total. First, a technical interview on some website. Second, another technical interview with the tech lead. Third, a managerial round. Lastly, a chat with the VP and Director, which wasn't really an interview, more of a conversation. I had two offers already but I picked Altair without thinking twice because of how well I was treated. Looking back, it's been two years and it was definitely the right choice.
I interviewed with the senior team manager, they were very friendly and approachable. The questions were mainly technical rather than behavioral. I had time to think the questions through. Overall, it was a smooth process. It lasted about 1 hour.
I sent in my application online and went through what felt like a standard hiring process. First, there was an interview with HR over the phone, then an initial interview with the Test Director, followed by a technical interview with three members of the QA Team.
