Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quick and effective, with about three rounds before I met the team. It was a good experience overall, but I wish there was more flexibility for salary negotiation, as that was the reason I didn't take the job.

I had an Initial screening with HR, then a zoom meeting with a BD manager and their direct supervisor. After that, I had a zoom meeting with two other BD managers. Lastly, I had an in-person interview with the head of HR, the BD Manager that I'd report to, and another member of HR.

It was a pleasant and conversational interview as part of the OCI process. They asked a few questions from my resume, and also a few questions about my interests. I had the chance to ask them a question as well. I was left with a positive impression of the firm.
