There are two main parts to the interview. First, you'll talk to a manager from the team you might join. They want to see your background and if you'd be a good fit. Second, you'll have a panel interview with some managers or experts in the area you'd work in. They'll ask you questions about your skills to see if they match what the job needs.
I had a video interview, then I met with a peer and the director. They asked common interview questions. It took a long time to hear back. The company decided not to fill the role, so I had to keep reaching out for status updates. I wish they had responded sooner, but the process itself was nice and the people were very friendly and welcoming.
The interview was completely online and automated, with pre-recorded questions and no live interviewers. Each question gave you one minute to think, and you could re-record your answer up to twice if you needed to.
