I applied online and then got a pre-recorded video interview. About a month later, I was told I was selected to move forward. The next interviews were scheduled for a month and a half later, with a specific time and day chosen by them, not by me. I had to ask who I'd be interviewing with as no info was given. After a panel interview with five people, I never heard back.
I talked with Directors and Asst Directors from a few different areas. It started with phone screenings, then we moved to 1 on 1 and group sessions onsite. The whole thing happened about a week after the phone screening, and the onsite part took two days.
Had a panel interview with people from different departments, then a one on one with the main leaders, and got to shadow the team to see how things work day to day. They emailed me back and forth during the whole thing.
