Got an email to set up an online interview, it was about 30 mins. Pretty professional and nice interviewer. They asked about my school background, why I want to work here, and what skills I have. I got to ask them stuff too at the end.
It was a simple interview. Before the interview, I had to take a Predictive Index test. They want you to be an expert and follow their script exactly. You'll have lots of calls per day. They seem to think being located in Chicago is impressive, but I wouldn't have taken the job even if it was offered.
After you apply for any of their roles, you'll get a generic email from the Cofounder and COO Karen Tovey asking you to fill out a Google Docs questionnaire. They say it's to see if you're a good fit. Once you finish it, you won't hear back. The questions are the same for every job and take about 30 minutes to answer thoroughly. Since your answers go nowhere, there's no point in applying. This company seems to enjoy making applicants do unnecessary work.
