Got an email to set up an online interview, it was about 30 mins. Pretty professional and nice interviewer. They asked about my school background, why I want to work here, and what skills I have. I got to ask them stuff too at the end.
First, I had to complete a couple of assessments, the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessments, which I didn't find fun or relevant. Then, I had a recorded video interview with HR that would be shared with the hiring team.
So I had this predictive index test, which they actually seem to care about for some reason. Then, another coderbyte test that didn't really feel important. After chatting with an internal recruiter who didn't know much about tech, I got a really big take-home test. But then, they told me I didn't get the job before even looking at my submitted test.
