It started with a recruiter chat, pretty standard to get to know each other. Then, a technical interview with PMs where they asked about my past experience. After that, there was a technical case that took about three days to finish. It involved thinking through a whole feature and writing it up, including the backlog, discovery, and a presentation. I had to present multiple times: first to the PMs, then the CTO, and finally the CEO, who didn't even seem to pay attention, which was a bummer. After all that, I got feedback that I didn't move forward, even though I felt confident the technical team was happy with how I performed and what I delivered.
