Started with a recruiter phone call, then had to video myself doing a mock pitch to a client. After that, there was a Zoom interview, followed by an in-person interview. I felt like they were trying to look like a growing company. I finished the whole thing and they told me they'd have an offer by end of day, but then ghosted me for a week and said they chose someone else even though they have other openings. Definitely a red flag company.
The people I spoke with were very personable and seemed genuinely interested in who I was and my long-term career aspirations. The interactions didn't feel scripted or robotic; they were quite relaxed. The process involved a phone call, followed by a video pitch, then another interview, and finally, an offer.
The interview process was smooth and fun! The team made it feel stress-free, which is rare. I liked how well-structured it was, and the questions felt relevant. The interviewers were friendly and tried to make me comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience that left a good impression!
