It was super easy! Just one Zoom interview, and the interviewer was really nice, which made me less nervous. He asked stuff like how I'd handle a serious situation, about a past workplace challenge, and how I'd style people. Even though he was friendly, I still took it seriously. I got the job right after!
I sent in my application online and then waited over 6 weeks to hear back. The whole thing felt like it took forever, from when I first applied to when I actually spoke to someone.
It was a long and tiring process that lasted for 3 months. The interview stages included a screening, a hiring manager interview, a take-home project, and an in-person panel interview. I was informed about the outcome about a month after the final interview. While the people were nice, I think the interview process could be more structured to help candidates prepare better.
