Almac Group Technician interviews, decoded.

There was an initial phone screening where they asked about GMP/GLP/PPE/COSHH and some behavioral questions like 'tell me about a time'. Then, there were two panel interviews. These involved technical questions about calculating and preparing standard solutions. They also asked about you personally, like 'Why do you want to work for Almac?' and 'What can you tell me about Almac?'. Make sure you've read the job description because they asked specific questions related to the position.

I applied online and then got a phone call from Almac to set up an interview. I met with two people, and they were really nice and professional, making me feel welcome right away. The interview lasted about 35 minutes.

The interview process was pretty easy, not too hard. There was an aptitude test that was simple. After that, I was called in for an interview with the Plant Manager and General Manager of the pilot plant, and the interview took place at the pilot plant itself.
