Candidate-reported interview process

I had an informal chat with two women from the department. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable. They explained a lot about why the job opened up and what they expect from candidates.

The company felt like a big friendly village, and the interviewers were very supportive. We had to do a presentation before the meeting. They don't typically give feedback, though.

It was a long and difficult process. It started with a recruiter call that had easy questions. Then, a Teams interview where they mentioned I might be considered for another role, which I was. After that, I had another interview with the same managers for this specific role. The questions were multi-part and sometimes hard to answer.
