Candidate-reported interview process

Had a phone screen with a lot of technical questions. Then there was an in-person interview where I had to do some written programming questions. Several senior devs were on the interview panel and gave me instant feedback.

I found out about their opening on their website and was contacted by HR for an interview. It was a 2:1 interview that was pretty straightforward. They asked mostly HR questions, focusing on how I'd fit into the company and my interaction style. There were only a few technical questions about SQL, like left and right joins, procedures, queries, functions, and operators. The interview itself was pleasant, though the HR part could use some improvement.

I applied for the Systems Developer role via the company website and also got a referral through LinkedIn. A few days later, I got invited for an interview. The interview process included a 30-minute logical test, followed by three separate 20-30 minute personal interviews with different pairs of interviewers, totaling six people. The first pair asked about 5-7 technical questions related to SQL Server and relational databases. The other two pairs focused on personal questions and discussed my background, projects, and the job description. Everyone was quite friendly, and the entire interview lasted about 2.5 hours. I received an offer the following day.
