I found a job opening on their website that I liked, filled out the application, and then heard back about an interview roughly three weeks after the closing date via email. They let me know I didn't get the job about a week after the interview, also by email.

i had an initial phone screening with HR, then a standard in-person interview. this included routine questions with my hiring manager and a future coworker. there was also an additional follow-up with HR. the whole process from the first interview to the start date took over two months, which was a bit long for me, but the offer was good so I accepted.

It was a standard interview with 2 managers, and all questions were about meeting the company's core competencies. They asked about 7 questions about different examples in my career that showed I met these competencies.
