Applied in early Feb and got a call the next week. Then had two technical interviews via Coderpad. Both seemed to go well, but after the second one, they said they'd update me in a week. I followed up after a week with no reply, and it's now been 3 weeks of radio silence. Too bad, I was really interested in the company.
No resume, they just jumped into questions. It was mainly Java. First, they told me about the company, then they asked some basic Java questions about STL, String, and hash tables. They also asked me about Deadlock. Lastly, they let me ask them some questions. The whole interview took about 45 minutes.
It was a typical tech interview, pretty standard stuff. Started with a phone screen, then moved on to an on-site. I met with some of the tech leaders there. We had a lot of talks and discussions. The questions they asked felt pretty reasonable, and everyone seemed pretty nice. It was a very casual and relaxed atmosphere. I don't recall the exact details of all the questions, though!
