Applied in early Feb and got a call the next week. Then had two technical interviews via Coderpad. Both seemed to go well, but after the second one, they said they'd update me in a week. I followed up after a week with no reply, and it's now been 3 weeks of radio silence. Too bad, I was really interested in the company.
I had a few one-on-one interviews with different people from the IT team and HR. Some interviewers were a bit too focused on textbook definitions rather than practical experience. The process was generally moving fast with good feedback until they stopped responding to the recruiter's requests about my status. I was okay with a simple yes or no, but it was really unprofessional to just ignore all communication.
No resume, they just jumped into questions. It was mainly Java. First, they told me about the company, then they asked some basic Java questions about STL, String, and hash tables. They also asked me about Deadlock. Lastly, they let me ask them some questions. The whole interview took about 45 minutes.
