AllSaints Retail Sales Representative interviews, decoded.

The interview kicked off with a quick intro to the company. Then, they asked me about my past retail work, how I deal with customers, and how I'd handle tough spots. It was a chill chat but had a plan, and we did a little role-play to see my sales chops.

The interview was cute. They invited a group of us to their HQ and we had an introduction about Allsaints and then had to answer a few questions as a group then split off into individual interviews. The individual interviews felt quite informal and just asked basic questions about availability and experience. However I did this interview November last year and I still have yet to hear from them which just goes to show that they can't even be bothered to contact their potential employees with the outcome of their interview even if their unsuccessful.

You'll have an in-person chat with the store manager first. Then, there's a group interview where you'll do some styling challenges. You'll have about 30 minutes to put together an outfit for a specific occasion, like a workday that transitions into a night out with friends.
