Schools are really desperate for teachers right now. As long as you seem somewhat capable and emphasize your strong work ethic, you should be good.

I had a phone screening with her and it was pretty easy. She asked me about 6 or 7 questions and told me about the next steps, which is that a principal would contact me.

I had a phone screen where I was asked a few questions. I got through that and now I'm going to meet with some principals next week. I'm pretty excited to get started. It seems like a great place to work.
