Candidate-reported interview process

Schools are really desperate for teachers right now. As long as you seem somewhat capable and emphasize your strong work ethic, you should be good.

You first talk to the Director of Special Education. If they like you, then individual Alliance schools will reach out to you for interviews. I ended up interviewing at 3 different schools and I chose the ones that I liked the most. They all gave me offers.

The interview process was easy and unprofessional. I felt like if I wasn't the perfect candidate, it was okay, but they could have at least finished the interview. It reflects poorly on the organization and themselves.
