No online assessment. There was a brief and friendly call screening. The main interview was about 1 hour, with roughly 20 minutes dedicated to behavioral questions and 40 minutes to technical aspects. The technical part involved a LeetCode-style coding problem that was specific to a challenge the team faces, and it was a tough dynamic programming problem. Didn't get the job, but it was a positive experience.
I had a 20-minute phone interview first. Then there was a 3-hour technical interview where I did a coding question with three engineers.
I had a really bad interview experience. They said they'd let me know about a decision by a certain date, but they didn't follow through. It felt like I was being strung along, and I think the HR person just forgot to tell me. Scheduling interviews was also slow and unprofessional.
