No online assessment. There was a brief and friendly call screening. The main interview was about 1 hour, with roughly 20 minutes dedicated to behavioral questions and 40 minutes to technical aspects. The technical part involved a LeetCode-style coding problem that was specific to a challenge the team faces, and it was a tough dynamic programming problem. Didn't get the job, but it was a positive experience.
The interview process was as follows: first, a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, then a 30-minute interview with the recruiter/hr. After that, there was a take-home assignment, followed by 4-5 rounds of in-person interviews. I didn't proceed past the HR interview and didn't receive any feedback or communication until an automated rejection email arrived three weeks later. It would have been nice to have clearer communication and more timely updates throughout the process.
The interview process started with a shortlist by the Interview Co-ordinator, followed by rounds with the Hiring Manager and the HR business partner. There were 4-5 additional on-site rounds. Overall, it felt like a disorganized process, and I didn't get past the HR business partner stage. They didn't offer any feedback, and it wasn't clear what would be tested in the interviews, requiring a lot of guesswork. I was really disappointed with this below-average process, even though I respect the organization's mission. It's a shame the advertised culture wasn't reflected in the recruitment. I wouldn't recommend this experience.
