Allegro Development Consultant interviews, decoded.

We started with a first phone interview, then after about a week or two, there was a face-to-face interview with an HR representative. The final part was a two-day assessment center, which included teamwork, a software-related workshop, a one-to-one interview, and a presentation to the manager.

The interview process took a long period of time and since I was an expert in ETRM and not in SQL scripts there was a problem. I to was denied a job because I am a veteran of the US military.

We start with a chat on the phone with HR, then if that goes well, we have a face-to-face meeting at our office in Tower Hill. Successful candidates move on to the Associate Challenge, which is a 2-day event. The first day includes a dinner with drinks where you can mingle with Allegro folks. The next day has group case studies, a presentation, an industry exam, a product demo, and an interview. It's a pretty chill vibe, and everyone's really friendly and helpful.
