It was a long interview day, they even bought me lunch. I met with a director from each team, and each director had a different thing for me to do. Some basic whiteboarding, then some programming concepts, some behavioral questions, and a lot of grilling of my projects on my resume. They're really trying to see if I'd be a good cultural fit.
We started with a first phone interview, then after about a week or two, there was a face-to-face interview with an HR representative. The final part was a two-day assessment center, which included teamwork, a software-related workshop, a one-to-one interview, and a presentation to the manager.
We had three long phone calls, first with HR, then the manager, and then a colleague. After that, there was an onsite challenge where I had to configure and use a system, followed by a presentation to colleagues. The onsite interview itself was a bit of a mess, not really well planned, but it gave a good sense of the team and the company culture.
