Candidate-reported interview process

I had a remote interview over Zoom, and they gave me a good amount of time to prepare. A webcam wasn't mandatory, which is nice for people who get anxious. They were pretty straightforward and fair about what they needed to know.

I got an email to set up a phone interview. The interview happened over speakerphone, which made it hard to hear the person interviewing me. In the end, I got an email saying they decided not to move forward with my application. When I asked why, they said they don't give feedback.

The interview happened on time. The call lasted about 15-20 minutes. The interviewer was nice and direct, explaining the job duties and the starting pay.
