Candidate-reported interview process

This process is taking a while, but I have my second interview coming up. They seem to think I have the job already, and I even received a conditional offer. I'm just not sure how long it will be until I actually start getting paid.

I had a remote interview over Zoom, and they gave me a good amount of time to prepare. A webcam wasn't mandatory, which is nice for people who get anxious. They were pretty straightforward and fair about what they needed to know.

I got an email to set up a phone interview. The interview happened over speakerphone, which made it hard to hear the person interviewing me. In the end, I got an email saying they decided not to move forward with my application. When I asked why, they said they don't give feedback.
