Candidate-reported interview process

It was an easy interview, with a nice panel and a great experience overall. There were 3 interviews in total, and they made me feel comfortable. An offer was made later that night, so it was a good experience, although the company CEO wasn't the friendliest.

When you're looking into traveling positions, the interview process is a bit unique. First, you'll chat with the recruiter about what you're looking for and what your needs are, and then you'll apply for the job. After that, the client decides if they want to interview you, and if they do, your recruiter will reach out to schedule it. These interviews usually happen over the phone or via Zoom.

First off was a phone interview with the recruiter, then we did a zoom call with the supervisors. It was pretty laid back and casual, and they really made you feel at ease.
