I had one interview with the head designer. They were pretty vague about what happened next. A few days later, I got asked to do a project for them. I submitted the project, but then I never heard back from the company.
The interview process was very smooth and pleasant because the interviewers were very gentle and made me feel comfortable. The interviewer only dived into what was written on my CV. No irrelevant things were asked.
The process was super quick, taking about a week. First, HR called, and then I came in for an interview. The interview itself was really chill, with no pressure. The designer I spoke with was nice and understanding, and they seemed to really enjoy hearing about my past experiences.
