The first interview was a little weird; they did a selling scenario and really emphasized pushing sales. That was okay, but the in-person interview really left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in-person and I honestly felt like the only reason they did this was to see what I looked like. The person in-store doing the follow up interview didn’t even sit down with me to interview, she just looked me up and down, asked 1-2 questions, and then asked me what my questions were. I left knowing I hadn’t gotten the position by the energy in-store.
It was a really long and disorganized interview process. The HR department seemed all over the place and wasn't willing to compromise. I've heard from others that the company might be a bit dysfunctional.
I was recruited by an employee and then had a Zoom call with three brand reps. It was about thirty minutes and pretty straightforward. They asked standard questions and a "what would you do?" scenario.
