The interview process involves several stages, starting with the Hiring Manager, followed by the VP/Country Manager. Then, there's a cross-country interview with a Senior Leader, then HR, and finally, Offer Negotiations. This process can take months and feel quite long.
A recruiter assistant will review your application and set up the interview. The entire process is based on internal scheduling and doesn't have a set structure. There might be more interview stages. For me, it took about 3 months to get through all 7 rounds.
The interview process was efficient, despite having to meet with four interviewers (Hiring Manager, Country Manager (GM), Cross Country GM, HRBP Lead). However, HR expedited the process, consolidating it into just two meetings.
