Candidate-reported interview process

It was about three to four rounds in total. Started with a phone screen, then I had multiple back-to-back interviews with research associates, analysts, and portfolio managers. The whole process took around a month, with some waiting time between interviews and for the final offer.

Had an HR call first, then went through two first round interviews that were each about 30 minutes. It wasn't too tough, mostly focused on a stock pitch and some pretty standard behavioral questions. You'll get asked detailed questions about the company pitches and some basic financial analysis.

It was a virtual interview process because of covid. It started with an HR interview and then moved on to interviews with the investment team, going up the seniority levels. The last interview was with the CEO.
