It was a pretty standard interview process, and it ended with me speaking with Portfolio managers. I really enjoyed everyone I met with. The technical accounting part was tough and made me think.
It was a thorough process, which I liked. I got to meet a bunch of different people and get a sense of the company and its vibe. The questions were tough but manageable, and I liked that I had to really think about my responses.
It was 4 rounds total. First was with two mid level team members. Second was with HR. Third with a direct report and a direct teammate, then an hour with an investment professional to test your chops. Fourth with the head of group, in office. It was a pretty chill format, but the questions were pretty intense. Like a real conversation, but a serious one.
