Submitted my CV and Cover letter online. Then I got a call for a phone interview that was about 15 minutes long. It was mostly competency based and they asked what I knew about the company, the role, and so on.
After passing the CV stage, the interview process involves 3 rounds. The first is a 15-minute phone call focusing on your motivations for joining the company and your general knowledge of Alfa. Next, there's a 1-hour on-site interview covering your motivations and career goals. The interviewers will also assess your grasp of the asset finance industry and Alfa's project development cycle. The final round is another 1-hour on-site interview, similar to the first on-site, but with a more open discussion about Alfa's business strategy, along with some motivational and personal experience questions. My tip: Dive deep into their website.
So, first there's a quick phone call, like 20-30 minutes. After that, there's a face-to-face interview, and then the final round where I'll meet with two board directors. The first in-person interview is basically to see why I wanna join Alfa and if I get what they do and who they work with. The last interview is split into two parts: one is digging deep into asset finance leasing to see how I tackle problems related to that, and the other part is going over my CV.
