It was two interviews, first with a junior consultant and then with two directors. They asked basic questions to get to know me, and then more detailed questions about the software product lifecycle, the business, and the industry.
I applied online with my CV and cover letter and got a phone interview. The questions were more in-depth than I expected for a 10-15 minute call, covering company knowledge and asset finance specifically. I'd recommend researching the company and asset finance thoroughly. I didn't proceed, and it took me emailing them after two weeks of silence to get a rejection, even though they said I'd hear back within a week.
Submitted my CV and Cover letter online. Then I got a call for a phone interview that was about 15 minutes long. It was mostly competency based and they asked what I knew about the company, the role, and so on.
