It started with a phone screen, then they had a couple of virtual interviews back-to-back with a manager and a partner. The whole virtual part took about an hour.
It took about a month from application to hearing back. First, a talent recruiter called to ask screening questions about my commute, CPA credit status (150 credits), and work eligibility. I then had two back-to-back virtual interviews on the same day with an audit manager and an audit partner. They asked a lot of questions and answered mine about the firm and role well. Their questions focused heavily on my resume experience. I wasn't selected, so I'm unsure of further steps.
I applied through a university recruiting site and got an on campus interview. The interview had two 30 minute interviews with a partner and manager. HR was there with me in between interviews. After my interviews, I waited to hear if they needed more info from me. They called me back in and gave me an offer on the spot!
