Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved a 20-minute initial call, followed by a 30-minute Zoom interview with a VP. Next, there was a 30-minute case study (HBS case) with a partner, culminating in an in-person superday at the McLean office. While the team seemed nice, the pay was quite disappointing, below 80k.

I interviewed with HR, a few analysts, and then one of the GPs over six weeks. It was a mix of phone and Zoom calls. I didn't make it to the final round.

I applied through handshake and then heard back for a first round interview with HR/admin staff. After that, I had a couple of conversations with people on the investment team. I must say the interviewers seemed uninterested and were late to the interviews. While I get that people are busy, showing up late and seeming uninterested during interviews is disrespectful and doesn't reflect well on the firm.
