Aldrich Capital Partners Analyst interviews, decoded.

First there was a phone screen with someone on the investment team. Then a Zoom call with a VP. After that, I had to do an HBS Case study with one of the partners. Finally, I had an in-person interview in Mclean, VA with 4 upper-level management employees.

The interview process was straightforward and took about 3 weeks. The multiple rounds weren't too challenging. It seems like personality and behavioral questions are very important to them, and the technical questions weren't too bad. Overall, it was a great experience, and based on how the interviewers and administrators treated me, it looks like a great place to work!

The interview process included a phone interview, an in-person interview, and a super day. For the super day, I traveled to the office and interviewed with most of the front office employees. I waited 2.5 hours to interview with a partner, but they never showed up.
