Candidate-reported interview process

You'll have a typical meeting with the Principal and Assistant Principal. The grade level team won't be there. Bring your own questions for the interview! If you don't ask, they won't tell you anything. There weren't any "STAR" questions. Instead of them interviewing you, see this as a chance to interview them.

The interview process was straightforward and didn't require much prep. I met with the skills specialist and the principal, and they offered me the job the very next day.

The interview process was long, with the librarian, department chair, and principal all involved. The turnaround time from applying to the phone interview, and then to the in-person interview, was extremely slow, so you'll need patience.
