Candidate-reported interview process

You'll have a typical meeting with the Principal and Assistant Principal. The grade level team won't be there. Bring your own questions for the interview! If you don't ask, they won't tell you anything. There weren't any "STAR" questions. Instead of them interviewing you, see this as a chance to interview them.

You'll sit with the principals and assistant principals in their office. They'll introduce themselves and then ask you to introduce yourself too. They'll ask you some interview questions and might introduce you to some of the staff.

The interview process was straightforward and didn't require much prep. I met with the skills specialist and the principal, and they offered me the job the very next day.
