The usual application process dragged on, with interviews happening super late in the summer (like, end of July for both times), and it was less than a month before the contract year started. You'd have in-person or video chats with the assistant principal, after the head principal gave the okay.
The interview process was pretty standard, just the usual questions. They asked about eight questions in total, and that was the whole thing. There were four people on the hiring panel, and they each asked a couple of questions.
