Applied via website. Took about a month to hear back. Had a first round interview via Google Meets, which seemed to go well. Standard questions about me and my background were asked, and I had a chance to ask questions. I was told there would be three rounds total. A week later, I got an email saying I wasn't selected to move on. Even though the general email mentioned too many candidates for individual feedback, one of the interviewers did email me personally, which was nice.
You'll start by sending in 2 questions for us to look at. If we like them, you'll go through the onboarding and then send in 6 more questions for review. We'll pay you for your time. After that, your content manager will give you feedback and tell you if you got the job.
I'm in the second round now. The first round involved me writing 2 questions. For this round, I need to write 10 more questions and also go through some videos and readings about their on-boarding process.
