Applied via website. Took about a month to hear back. Had a first round interview via Google Meets, which seemed to go well. Standard questions about me and my background were asked, and I had a chance to ask questions. I was told there would be three rounds total. A week later, I got an email saying I wasn't selected to move on. Even though the general email mentioned too many candidates for individual feedback, one of the interviewers did email me personally, which was nice.
They started with an initial phone call, then there was a group interview for the second round. Unfortunately, I didn't advance to a third interview. Throughout the process, the team was really friendly and clearly explained every step from beginning to end. It felt like they were interested in me, but you know, there are always other candidates they're considering.
