Candidate-reported interview process

After applying online via the website, there was a conversation with the department head pretty quickly. This conversation went smoothly and only a few questions were asked. After this conversation, a contract was quickly offered via email.

The interview process was really simple. They just asked some really basic questions. Since they were really short on staff when I applied, I basically got the job immediately. They even showed me around the store already.

This process might take a bit. They'll first ask about you and your abilities, then narrow it down. You might have to wait a few days for them to sort everything out. Most of it is done online, including signing the contract.
