Candidate-reported interview process

I got asked some basic questions about why I wanted the job and how long I wanted to stay. They liked my honest answers and I got offered the job right away.

I had a quick video chat with the recruiter first, and they said I did well. Then, I went in for an in-person meeting with the manager that lasted about an hour. The whole thing was really quick and easy, and everyone was friendly.

It was a smooth conversation. It went well in my opinion. The conversation lasted about 20 to 30 minutes. So like I said, it went well. I could say more, but I don't think it's very different from others.
