Candidate-reported interview process

Applied online and was invited for an in-person interview. The interview was about 20-30 minutes long. I wasn't hired in the end and didn't get any explanation. I'm not sure if it was because I lack experience.

After the interview, they said they'd contact me within a few days. It's been two weeks and still no feedback. They get angry and annoyed when I call asking if there's any news, which is a shame because I put time and effort into this.

You will be contacted within at least 5 days. We will discuss why you want to work at Albert Heijn and the vacancy. And if you are a good candidate.
