It was pretty relaxed and it was nice chatting with the team. They went over my resume and past experiences and then we talked from there. It wasn't too structured. They asked about what I'm interested in and if I saw myself staying with Alberici.
Had several Zoom interviews, some one-on-one and then a panel with current employees. It felt pretty relaxed and not too stressful.
The process was pretty fast. I had a 30-minute interview the day after the career fair, which was basically a get-to-know-you chat. Then, I had a second interview online with a panel of 5 people. They didn't ask any technical questions, really just focused on whether I'd be a good fit for the team.
